Mika has survived 5 heart stents, and with a new lease on life and a calling to help others, launched her corporate wellness company Goomi Group, with the belief that a balanced life is possible for everyone. With 17 years as an executive in a high-stress corporate environment, Mika offers her unique, positive perspective and empathy for those in the workplace. Goomi provides on-site fitness & wellness programs directly to offices across the country for clients such as Hulu, Experian, Outfront Media, Marriott, Nashville City Center and Sony Playstation.
