Justin has spent the past 20+ years building and growing digital products that help improve the everyday lives of their users. He sold his first startup to The Active Network in 2006 and continued to lead digital media at Active through their IPO and eventual private equity sale. After leaving Active, he spent a year at a startup that couldn't find product/market fit and ultimately failed.

Now on his 3rd startup, he is co-founder and CEO of Teamvibe - a platform that helps employees, managers, and executives communicate more effectively through best practices around transparency, feedback, and recognition.
