I am active in the San Diego real estate market where my niche is direct-to-seller marketing and rehabbing 2-5 BR homes into vacation rentals.
I also manage operations for a Real Estate Investment company based out of Memphis Tennessee. I built their CRM and onboard the system to partnered veteran-owned real estate investment companies around the nation.
