Jay Hum is a Product Lead at Autonomic (acquired by Ford Smart Mobility, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company) in Palo Alto, CA. He has an integral role in the design and development of the `Transportation Mobility Cloud™`, the first open, cloud-based platform that connects the diverse components of urban mobility systems, including connected vehicles, mass transit, pedestrians, city infrastructure, and service providers.

Prior to joining Autonomic, Jay was a Staff Product Manager at Pivotal in San Francisco where he led the `Corporate Innovation` practice and the `Pivotal for Startups` program. He worked with companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. His past clients include: Booz Allen Hamilton, Facebook, Fitbit, NFL, Samsung, The U.S. Department of State, and The U.S. Navy. Jay has also facilitated a number of workshops on various topics such as: product management, human-centered design, and customer development.
