I am an entry level software engineer and partner of a patent pending user centric software platform known as The Semantic Concept Connection System (SCCS). The SCCS platform is an English Language - concept oriented computer language, operating system, and data structure that allows companies to securely consolidate their enterprise data with hundreds and thousands of tables in to 14 tables. The SCCS is software, hardware, and operating system independent solution that allows any data that is deconstructed in one platform to be transferred into another system and reconstructed for use.

I am finding that there is a large market for my product and that programmers are anxious to work with me. I have several aspects of the project ready to go and need to hire more programmers and staff to engage the public. Before I hire more staff, I am wanting to set up the structure for the company and an ESOP which would serve the company and its employees.
