How can you convert your “Detailed” Business Plan over to a simplified pitch deck??? The objective of a pitch is to attract attention and interest from angel investors or VC’s to secure a second meeting. Often too many times, startup companies tend to overthink what ACTUALLY needs to go on a pitch deck, with the result of not receiving funding for poor execution and not simplifying the pitch deck. The natural tendency is to cram every detail about your startup on a pitch deck that is probably going to be timed at 5-7 minutes, which is industry standard time for pitch events. The goal is to put as much information, with a minimum number of slides as possible. This workshop will teach you the basic organizational aspects of a pitch deck and the 12 steps to have a complete and winning pitch deck.
Topics we will cover 1. What is a Pitch deck? 2. Misunderstandings about Pitch Decks. 3. What Investors or Pitch Event Judges are looking for in your Pitch Deck. 4. 12 Step Process on “How to create a simple yet informative and winning Pitch Deck”
