Without engineers, nothing would get built. Without designers, nothing would be usable. Without project managers, nothing would get delivered. Without marketers, nothing would be known. Without salespeople, nothing would be sold. Without business managers, nothing would be viable. So why do we need `Product` people?
You’re a startup entrepreneur/founder/co-founder. The only thing you are concerned about is getting a product to market and showing traction before your runway ends. You don’t have time for anything else… Let alone growing a product team and fostering a product mindset.

This session will focus on what it means to adopt a `product-focused` mindset in the context of a startup. It will introduce you to:
  • The qualities and skill sets required to be product leader
  • The processes and practices required to build a tight team that ships great products
