This session will include a detailed overview of how to determine the value of your company, and the confidence you would need to defend that value. Lincoln will explain the in's and out's of how to tell when a company is ready to go public, how to identify the target audience, the pros and cons that may be encountered, and ways to visualize the future for the company.
